They are fantastic. Just the right texture. Much less dense than a standard bagel and plenty of pockets to hold butter or jelly. :alien:

I am not a cream cheese guy. I'll do butter on a bagel, but prefer jelly/jam/preserves.

Yesterday I had a bagel with some homemade apple butter that was something even Goggles would have raved about.

If the bagel is toasted and I have access to butter...then absolutely!

I always butter toast before peanut butter, otherwise it's too dry.
