MANY said they should not bid against themselves and wait. I said they should have given him a serious offer if they wanted him because it will take around 300MIL and not the 175-250MIL they offered him.

The Sox knew Machado wanted 300MIL and they where hoping to get him cheap and not pay the asking price for a superstar.
