A couple of guys from upstate New York saw him several times while attending a couple years in college... that's how I knew it had to be him because you mentioned college.
Fast forward and those 2 guys enlisted in the Navy and brought several cassettes of his stuff on board the ship. Listening to his parodies while partaking in the consumption of excessive adult beverages was hilarious and a great time.
