Then Mac says Jay Hey was having Hof like numbers in his early Atlanta years when in his 2nd Atlanta year he had 227 ba, 708 ops.

It was bad, I shut it off after 2 minutes. Heyward is a likable guy .they didn't need to give him the Paxson treatment but at least a couple mildly difficult questions.

It's pretty obvious the score treats it's radio partners Cubs and Bulls differently. Pax gets a knee to the balls. Heyward gets praised for stealing from the Cubs, clogging up an outfield spot for 8 years where Eloy could have played the last 5.

Misdirected bitching here. What's Heyward going to say?

Not important what he answers. Something mildly probing into his production should have been asked. He's a huge chunk of the payroll. His salary effected off-season moves. It's obvious the Cubs tried to unload him in the off-season. Ask him about Tom RIcketts dancing at Javy's wedding?

Does everyone realize Heyward DIDN'T win the NL RF gold glove last year for the first time in 3-4 years? He's slowing down each year while he's still a young age.

The great part of that is he was brought here to be a CF, so the Cubs have even lost expected value on his defense.
