The dog adoption places are ridiculous. I used to volunteer at one, and all the workers there agreed that the rules were stupid. For every 1 bad home they avoid, they probably scare away 5 legit families. It's weird that they beg people to adopt and then put them through the 33rd degree.

On another complaint note, I took my daughter to her first gymnastics class this morning, and I am not going to be able to deal with her doing sports. All the coaches and teachers are 20-somethings with tight asses and yoga pants.

I remember being in similar circumstances and having impure thoughts. They are naturally occurring and okay as long as you do not do dumb things. BTW, they think you are old and weird.

Had to run around for awhile, figured to lounge around all afternoon and watch baseball. But instead the MLB Network has decided to go all in with Bryce Harper and his damn agent. Fuck!

Two weeks of fun. Time to find out how much pain you can eat.

Ice, plenty of ice. And a ton of water.

Reading this I'm thinking of Bernstein's missive to Derrick Rose immediately following the first knee injury.

Usually the attacks last 2 or 3 days for me. This is probably the worst I have had it and it's been about 2-3 years since I had my last attack. Got absolutely no sleep and started soaking it in Epsom salt this morning.

Our old drummer used to have gout and bone spurs. He swore by drinking organic, no sugar added cherry juice.

Yep. Tart cherry juice diluted with water.

Just took some tramadol for pain. Usually I can smoke and it helps but it's hard walking outside lol

You ever thought about killing yourself with one round from a 357?

If that doesn't work I suggest a shotgun..will do the trick everytime.

My dog had emergency surgery on Friday for a tumor on her spleen. If it's malignant she'll have about 6 months, if not she'll be good for another couple years probably. I think I've had about 6 hours of sleep in 2 days.

I love her, in some ways more than I knew. It cost a pretty penny but I'd have (had my husband) paid 5X that amount to have a little extra time with her.

Sorry Spaulding. My wife lost her rescue dog this past May to that. It happened so fast we never even got to surgery with him (I think they should have but who knows. Spleen ruptured and he was in rough, tough shape)

Hoping for the best outcome possible for your pooch, Spaulding. Sick pets are never an easy thing to deal with.

This she shed commercial is so fucking brutal. I have complained in the past, but it is worse than Kars for Kids at this point. I can’t take it anymore.

Yeah it is annoying. It has become a thing though and I can say that Sheryl lost her She Shed about anywhere and people get it. I do really laugh at the insurance commercials with the bumbling Dad doing the voice overs.
