Maybe they can pull off this 90210 remake with Zombie Dylan...make it a horror show.

Was that his age when the show was popular? He seemed a tad old for high school.

Probably because of my age aligning with 90210's popularity but according to the FB timeline metric, this death is a HUGE STORY

That is a shame. I really liked that show in high school and in college. I should see if they re-run it on TV. My wife and I were trying to explain to her 15 year old son about how popular he was after we heard about the stroke. He looked a bit older than 52 as I am sure he lived pretty hard for quite a few years.

He was ok in 90210. Wikipedia says he tried out for Steve at first

His death in Oz was pretty bad

My wife loved 90210, so she was upset (relatively speaking) when she heard the news. My daughter has no idea what 90210 is, but when I said "the dad on Riverdale", she knew instantly.

Show started airing fall of 1990 so that would put him in his early 20s for the show. The chick that plays Andrea was like 30. What year were they supposed to be in when the Walsh's moved in? Sophomores?

The original 90210 was a delightfully bad show.

I think they were juniors but ended up doing two seasons of junior year. It’s vague at best in mymmory but they graduated same year as I did (as did Saved By the Bell kids.) I watched it, I’m not too ashamed to admit it. He was on a sci-fi show on Showtime call Jeremiah that was fairly enjoyable in first season. Oh well, my wife said she found this news surprisingly upsetting when I told her he died.

The entire first season of 90210 is on Amazon Prime. I watched the first three last night just for shits and giggles. Funny going down memory lane and they come off as almost ABC after school specials. Funny how pious Brandon comes off and such a do-gooder. The introduction of Dylan in the 2nd episode is also funny as he scares away a couple of jocks picking on a nerd. They guy must have weighed 150 lbs soaking wet and he was always the tough guy in the series. Anyway there are 20 episodes in the 1st season. I doubt I will go through them all but I might watch a few more. As I mentioned it is a painless and kind of fun ride down memory lane with the fashions and seeing them all so young.

Yeah T Bone it is a bit funny to see those old shows. It was good for what it was. Fox was trying to catch young people and I think it started in the summer while other stuff was on hiatus. Anyway, Jenny Garth is just fine with me.

For my money it was always Kathleen Robertson ( Claire ) on that show
