Can't say that I'd blame him with Juanita.

The "fan" got a lifetime ban and Donovan Mitchell backed up Russell while speaking well of the Utah community.

Totally agree.

He should have kept his mouth shut and showed some restraint - like any other professional would - and exactly like Jordan is displaying in that picture.

Sticks and stones.

We don't make excuses for a celebrity's bad behavior. You are going to get heckled if you are a public figure - get over yourself.

He doesn't have to take it if he doesn't want to take it. Him being a celebrity doesn't give the guy a right to disrespect him.

Westbrook has a right to speak up for himself.

Why do all of the right wing guys on here have such a preoccupation with Homosexuality? They seem to be the only ones that ever crack gay jokes.

To be honest it's because the ignorant apologist has an inconsistent way of articulating what is and isn't a damn victim.

Instead of always wondering about why the black guy is getting a pass (he really isn't) he should simply
concern himself with the action and whether the criticism from it is warranted.

Same sorry ass drab each and every time.

A black guy getting a pass is called the last 40 years of history. We are at the point where there are more black on white crimes than lynchings. But LTG will never mention that.

You brought me into the conversation you barely literate buffoon. I didn't respond until you said something about me. You're a damn joke.

All you had to do is address the guy's point. You struggle to support all of the stupid, dismissive stuff that you say and your double down is always more stupid dismissive stuff.

I could have cited Laura Ingraham as an example of a person that wasn't fired. Its fairly obvious who you deem to be victims and non victims.

How are blacks getting numerous"passes" if we comprise more than half the prison population?

Here is the difference. Blacks get prosecuted for killing whites. Blacks have been executed for killing whites. During the period of lynching whites not only weren't convicted they weren't even arrested.

They even held lynch "parties" as a part of their murderous actions.

Stop embarrassing yourself until you actually are able to provide context.

You're so stupid that you do not even recognize the fundamental difference in the two statements that you sought to compare.

I would expect the same classy behavior that I prescribed regardless of celebrity status, gender, race, belief system, etc.

Just because you want to show everyone how wild you are and how you can stick up for yourself (when there is no threat whatsoever but to your ego, and you should just ignore assholes whose sole purpose is to try to steal a piece of your stardom for themselves) does not make it the right thing to do.

Dude is a lamebrain. That is what I don't understand. Let's act like classy adults. Lets not be reactionary like we are not civilized people. Westbrook has the ability to control himself, and he should use that ability. Period. He has nothing to prove to a bearded hillbilly. Nothing. Hes a petty bitch who gave a no-name his time when his full intention was to exact some form of intimidation upon the no-name - and for what reason? The boot has no rivalry with the ant, and that is that.

He really made it seem like he is hiding a secret homosexual life with how he reacted to a clear (but harmless until you give daylight to it) stab at his sexuality, most likely because of his conscious flamboyance. To me, his reaction is as plain as the R. Kelly video in showcasing exactly what they were trying to hide. The old saying goes: The lady doth protest too much! The fact that he went out of his way to mention his wife and kids in his diatribe adds even more credence to that assertion IMO.

The only guys that I have ever known that overly concern themselves with whether guys are gay are other gay men. To me men don't worry about whether other men are gay. That's what homosexuals do.

Westbrook could have took the high road but sometimes it's tough to do that when guys are challenging your manhood. He is also challenging your manhood in front of thousands of people at that. When you do that then you better be prepared to put it on the line. The world Westbrook comes from guys fight over shit like that. Taking the high road in that situation makes him appear to be a bitch.

It's not just that the guy referred to him as a homosexual. It's that he told him to get on your knees or be the catcher as some on here would say. Sort of makes him a bitch to the 2nd power.

I was always taught that you never challenge a man's manhood. Guess its different for some people but I know of about 2-3 people that have fought over that sort of thing in the past 3-4 months. Doesn't mean they were correct but on some level I understand it.

Homosexuals do. It's why the guy's assertion is out of bounds.

Westbrook could have took the high road but sometimes it's tough when to do that when guys are challenging your manhood. He is also challenging your manhood in front of thousands of people at that. When you do that then you better be prepared to put it on the line. The world Westbrook comes from guys fight over shit like that. Taking the high road in that situation makes him appear to be a bitch.

Also.

Doesn't mean they were correct but it is somewhat understandable

Dude.

If its not true, its no big deal. If you don't want to look like a bottom bitch, maybe try not dressing like you just walked out of a Gay Paris Bathhouse.

I LOVE making fun of people's manhood. Its a fun and easy way to get under people's skin.

That type of humor is something that was fun when we were in grade school, and I still consider it fun now. Its cheap and easy, and there are no laws against cheap and easy.

It doesn't bother me one bit if people here say this or that about me when I dole it out like that (I understand that it comes with the territory, and this is an anonymous messageboard), but I'm not hiding any secret homosexual lifestyle or urges.

I thought this was about Westbrook, not Tucker. Take that stuff to the politics section.

Spicy take.

Period. He has nothing prove to a bearded hillbilly. Nothing. Hes a petty bitch who gave a no-name his time when his full intention was to exact some form of intimidation upon the no-name - and for what reason? The boot has no rivalry with the ant, and that is that.

I guess we're just different but calling guys gay isn't funny and it's actually a slur. As far as it being juvenile you're correct. It is juvenile and in fact its something you'd be disciplined for in school if you were currently still a juvenile.

That is something you don't play with and I surely doubt that he says it if there weren't security there to protect him.

I also don't believe that his reaction means that he is a closeted homo either. I know plenty of people that would have reacted exactly the same way in that situation. He was essentially letting the guy know that he shouldn't play with him like that.

If he puts hands on him he would have been out of a lot of money. In retrospect it would have been stupid but in the heat of the moment it would have been totally understandable.
