If you want to make it even better, slice it into steaks and finish it on the grill. The fat carmelizes and crisps like a steak. I had people who don't care for it convert to really liking it.

I had some today at St Andrews in West Chicago. A few of us played in their Leprechaun Open. Who the hell doesn’t use a shotgun start!??!? They even closed off the course for it. We teed off an hour after we were supposed to.
