i originally thought he was being arrested for keeping a 86 inch tv when he ordered a 74.... but i see now he bought one tv and they gave him 2 tv's... so i can see why he is being arrested now.

That didn't make sense to me. Another article said he was delivered two televisions when he was only supposed to get one television. Maybe Julie DiCaro got into the delivery business.

If you get a second package that isn't yours you don't get to keep it.

The article was written poorly in my opinion. I read it the same way. That's why I had to find another article that made it clear it was not simply an upgraded tv but a second one.

We ordered a daybed with a trundle from Art Van Furniture. It was being shipped by the manufacturer. The order comes, but it's just the daybed with no trundle. So, we call them. Turns out the salesman screwed up and entered the wrong item#. Art Van says they'll fix the issue. They decide to issue us the trundle, but we don't have to pay for it. Awesome!

A week later we get another daybed and the trundle. I call Art Van to make sure they didn't charge us for the 2nd daybed. The assure me they didn't and I say, o.k....come get this daybed. Since it's from the manufacturer, they have nothing in their delivery policy to pick up manufacturer shipped items. The store manager says he'll come by with his van and pick it up. He'll call me back. Another week goes by. I hear nothing. I send multiple emails to the guy. Nothing. So, we gave the daybed to my sister.

Many years ago, we were asked to demo an HP photo printer, and agreed. Guy says it ships right away, and calls back after a week. No printer. Waits another week, still none. He resends it, and a few days later we get two. I tell him, but he says to just keep both, and we continue with the trial period/demo. Was a great printer for 15+years. The second one was hardly used and the ink dried up in the tubes, so it got junked.
