Not playing fuckaround games and acting like a professional major league team who’s goal is to win games. What a novel fucking concept.

I hope they win the World Series.

Yup, no need to butt fuck a kid for doing everything he's asked to do, this ain't the Catholic Church.

This is a frisky young team. Machado, Myers, Hosmer as established position players. Tatis, Urias, Mejia, and Reyes all on the cusp of being very good position players.

They have nice young SP, but who knows how they develop. If things break right, this could be a 90+ win team this year.

Keuchel on a 3 year deal sure makes sense if they have any money left.

Should be a very good defense, combined with a massive park and that can make mediocre pitching into pretty good. I'm hopeful they win the west or get at least a WC. Fortune favors the bold.

I’ll be cheering for them this year. I’m not quite giving up on Sox fandom but I certainly don’t give much of a fuck about them this year since they are acting like a minor league organization and have made it abundantly clear they don’t give a fuck about winning ballgames.

Ideally the Sox are fucking awful this year, the players go to the media and call out Kenny and Hahn, and the Padres win the WS with Machado winning MVP and Tatis Jr lighting it up. Maybe then we finally fucking start to see some accountability on the south side. A boy can dream.

They’re forever tainted by Steve Garvey.

I'm all in next year when they bring back the mustard and brown and get rid of the dogshit, bland, blue and white uni's.

No I think they made the right call in having their uniforms not look like a literal piece of shit. Those yellow and brown ones are so awful.

200 strikeouts, not that anyone cares about those anymore...unless it is a white sox prospect

I drafted him in fantasy to stash in my N/A spot until May. This is a nice surprise, just a REAL NICE SURPRISE

I told you not all teams do it to future stars.

This is a game changing move.

The wording of the tweet "if any Gm was going to do something like this" tells you how rare it is.

Stated Perfectly.

You're wrong on the brown and yellow uniforms. Those are fun-bad....they're unique....they make a statement. Bring out the shit and urine uniforms!

That's fair. Rick Hahn and this guy do seem to be on the cutting edge of how to treat players.

Not sure if Hahn is on the cutting edge of how to treat players, but he is leading the movement of how to treat your fans like shit.

Rick Hahn isn't on the cutting edge of anything.

Rick Hahn isn't the solution, but let's be fair...he's not the problem with the White Sox either.

He should thank his lucky stars he is positioned next to Kenny Williams and Reinsdorf. He can't help but come across as the best of the bunch.
