Premieres tonight after Survivor. Seen a lot of commercials about it thanks to March Madness. I am slightly intrigued and will probably watch the first episode just to see what it is like. Looks like a mile long obstacle course and then after a certain head start they send an elite athlete after the contestant to either catch them or beat them to the end. Not sure how it works quite yet. I watched parts of that show with the Rock hosting a few times and it was just ok, nothing completely riveting. I think they stole this idea from that guy "The Freeze" that chases fans at the Atlanta Braves games. Anyone else going to check it out?

I believe the contestants get a 2min. head start. Not sure if we'll watch or not. The Challenge is on after Survivor...

The Rock's Titan Games sucked ass. It was horrible.

at least LC came from a reputable source, Bunin Murray Productions. Sure, we're not high in their portfolio, but we're still in there alongside Real World, Road Rules, Ball in the Family, Keeping up with Kardashians and the Challenge amongst many others. All LeDouche has is the new Space Jam.

I just realized that Lonzo's reality show is produced by the same people who did my show. Maybe I can meet Lonzo at the next company picnic?

If this show was good the commercials wouldn't be "I'm Lebron James and this is my show and you should watch".

This is like bragging about being on a terrible cancelled reality show, and then trying to justify it by bringing up more famous reality shows that have done nothing but add a brutal narcissistic toxicity to American culture.

Wait. That’s exactly what it is.

me and you have a very different opinion on the value of reality tv.

I don't need to justify me being the star of a prime time network television show. All the groupie pussy I got after it was on did all the justifying for me.

You talked me into it. I will DVR and watch a couple hours delayed.

BTW, ABC is bringing a show called Holey Moley in the same physical location as the old Wipeout show. But this time, it is Wipeout meets Mini-Golf. Riveting.

Lebron is as good as creating tv shows as he is putting together an NBA roster.

I would give this a B for the genre. Bascially how it works is they have these amatuer athletes sign up to do this, and there is an "American Gladiators"-esque type of enemy. The contestant gets a 2 minute lead, and they have to go through 1 of 5 challenge zones. The Gladiator follows them and is trying to catch up to them. After the contestant goes through the first one, they can go through one of the other 4 or can go to the end game zone, and if they get through that etc. The end game zone is climbing a rope up a 15 story building, then zipflying back down and then running across the finish line. The money is of course very exponential... beat one and you get 10k, 2 is 25k, etc, so there's really never a million dollars at risk.

Like all of these shows, DVR is essential as you can cut out the stupid Tebow interview and contestant backstory. I've seen worse, and I might even like this a little better than Ninja Warrior quite honestly. The pursuit aspect is fun.

I agree I thought the pursuit aspect would be kind of fun and there was a gladiator-esque angle to it. I watched it in real time and honestly fell asleep in the middle of it. Like you mentioned maybe if you DVR it and just watch the action it would be 20 minutes of ok entertainment. From what I saw Tebow was not a good host and I will very likely just give it a pass.
