Edwards is not physically strong enough to handle the 8th inning for a playoff team, and it's affected the mental side of his game. He needs to be a closer on a bad team.

Theo didn't trade Edwards after the 2017 season. Joe chased away Hector Rondon instead.

I tuned in off and on throughout the game. Darvish could not hit the strike zone and was not looking good at all.

Then tuned back in for a bit right before they brought in Edwards. Ugh, that was brutal. He's just not getting better at all.

I really hope these two guys dial in with some kind of success soon.

That was a FU to Theo for wanting every game to be game 7 of the WS. This is going to be a long year with our GM and Manager trying to one-up each other.

To answer your earlier question. I rather keep Maddon then Theo. Boston seems to be doing just fine without Theo. He is good at building teams from scratch, but doesn't seem to know how to scout FA's on a winning team.
