Redbull does have flavors but they all have that chemically taste to them IMO. I very rarely drink them as my caffeine of choice for a while was black coffee but apparently my stomach doesn’t like a half pot put into it my 8 am. I don’t do sipping well.

I wont touch the shit anymore. Had a Red Bull for lunch one time. Was wide awake in bed at 2 AM with my heart racing. Cant imagine that years, months, weeks, or even days of that would be good for anyones body.

The double caffeine Starbucks K-cups are a viable alternative to espresso shots. I get more energy from one KCup than a 2 shots of espresso Starbucks drink.

I used to get a Venti Mocha with two shots daily and Id have another cup of coffee after.

Now I do one K cup right when i get in the office and a second one at 10 that I dont even really need. (might phase it out)
