I believe he got hurt after that season. He was a nice pitcher for awhile but he is done. I watched him in Arizona and like his style as a pitcher but he can't get the FB to where it needs to be to go along with his breaking stuff. I said it to my buddy while in Arizona that if the White Sox include him in their starting rotation its going to be a LONG season.

That will happen; Eloy will be hitting 3 or 4 and Alonso 6 or 7.

This team is pretty brutal though so as long as the young talent develops, that's really it. I didn't really buy into the development showing up much in more wins. Sure, that will probably happen because the team was even worse last season, but this team is still missing 5 or 6 impact players.

Yeah, for instance, when you have a 2nd baseman botch a DP ball that leads to 3 runs, it's going to lead to not many wins. I mean, the ONLY reason he's there to to keep the seat warm for the midget king. Moncada is not as good as Sanchez was at 3rd and Sanchez is not as good as Moncada was at 2nd. All for a guy that is a year away from being here.

Moncada is a third baseman now and down the road and Sanchez basically is a utility guy once their number one pick reaches the majors which probably will be next year mid season.

It is starting to be real fun watching some of these young guys hit. Moncada easily could have had three doubles today. Anderson looks like an all-star also and Jimenez is showing me that he is not over-whelmed by anything that he has seen and will take a walk. He kind of reminds me of the Hurt in that regard and knowledge of the strike zone.

Abreu shows leadership in stealing both 2nd and 3rd in the 7th inning. The Yanks were lucky that it didn't cost them. On the bad side Palka looks lost up there, Sanchez is a automatic out, and Abreu is in a slump. I still like the kid catcher's ability to put the ball in play and has shown some pop.

Rodon pitched well over six innings. Now it is handed over to a terrible pen. Keep your fingers crossed.
