Irving never had a chance. I won that one going away. And yeah, Embiid sort of has an injury history if you hadn’t noticed. I took that into account when making the bet but even if he stayed healthy he wasn’t gonna surpass Jokic for MVP this year. Wins matter for that award.

How is this. Over the last 3 seasons S.A., Minnesota, Utah, and now Denver have been declared to be his teams. Not one (except S.A. tough choice) of them has made much noise in the playoffs.

He was sure about the Lakers and they bombed. So was everyone else. Now they are all conspicuously silent though we know what would have occurred if the opposite would have been the case.


He hops from team to team provided the situation and acts as if he knew it all along.

Denver's team is solid and the better teammates that Philly has doesn't jive as much considering that the lineup hasn't played all that much together.

Denver looks like they will get bounced in the first round and your so called best center isn't really separating himself all that much either.

I say that as a guy that likes him by the way. No way is he in Embiid's class as a player however

Their 3 point percentage is really close.

Embiid is a better scorer, rebounder, shot blocker, defender. He is also bigger and more athletic.

Denver's supporting cast isn't garbage either. They have a solid starting 5. They also have a solid bench and Malone is a better coach than Brett Brown.

Again no one thinks Jokic is better. No one other than FF.
