When things are running smoothly it's easy to forget some of the work it took to get here. I've gotten 6am emails from BRick explaining an issue with the board and asking me if I wanted him to take care of it. There isn't a person who posts here who cares more about the existence of this community than IMU.

When you took possession, you installed an old version of the database. Remember when you thought you lost a couple weeks worth of posts? I got them back. I also handled the first couple times the board went down with Bluehost when Rick was unavailable i've also made several requested board tweaks over the last couple of years, and some other stuff that I myself have also forgotten.

But I wouldn't want you to feign gratitude even now, so continue your ways.

Once the board realizes he was solely responsible for saving the board through both his financial contribution and technical prowess, he should lighten up a bit. He just wants a little respect, is all. Without him, our post counts would all be different.
