I didn't see the hand gesture, and I'm not offering any opinion on whether or not it was racist, but the Cubs are not the government: they don't owe you a right to free speech, they don't owe you a right to due process, and they can exclude you from their property for virtually any reason. Unless of course they are excluding someone solely because of their race, national origin, etc. The bottom line is that if the Cubs want to get rid of him, they can get rid of him.
