Much better than I love the guy so he is better line of crap you spew.

All I did was a simple Google search anyone with a list decided to place.

Embiid was ahead of Jokic on every list. Case closed

I’m glad you did a google search. I’m busy watching the games.

Care to compare playoff stats?

Joel Embiid has avg 20 and 10 in 28 min per game. This is a joke.

Per 36

26 pts and 13 rebounds per game for Embiid

Jokic 22 pts and 12 rebounds per 36 minutes

Sums it up nicely

Let the record show LTG has now used Per 36, a statistic which he has said is completely useless.

Advanced stats are meaningless in a lot of regards. I understand them. I just don't value them as much as neophytes like you. When you start talking as if stats are similar based on advanced stats you are being disingenuous. In other words you are lying

There career stats aren't similar either. Parker 15.1 per game. Portis 9.7 per game. Sure looks similar to me.

How many actual basketball thoughts do you that don't pertain to something that i have had to say at some point?

As far as the advanced stat thing goes I also (conveniently omitted by you) stated that I will refer to them from time to time but they aren't the bible for me. They are for you. I can have a conversation about players without always resorting to VORP, RPM, PER36, EFG%, etc. You can't.

Every conversation that I can recall you ever having about basketball either devolves into a conversation about stats or a gotcha discussion about me. Don't you ever have anything else to contribute?

You ruined the NBA forum. I think there are several people just waiting you out at this point. Our company has hired a few more sports / NBA fans recently...I'm getting my fix elsewhere.

It's been quite enjoyable.

I'm happy for you as you add nothing anyway. THere isn't one person that said that they wished you posted more. You only show up to play gotcha games with me yet you are "waiting" me out. You have to troll me in order to get a response from anyone here. That is the epitome of sad.

Walt I disappear for a week and you reference me 47 times. YOu couldn't exist on here without me. YOu are another guy that is part of flyover country. People fly by anything that you post which is non gif related. The written word is your enemy.

When Embiid plays 105 playoff minutes in 48 hours then let’s talk about 36 per game stats. Until then ignore this or acknowledge that Jokic is carrying his team and dominating while Embiid is bitching out and letting Butler do the heavy lifting.

Philly wins at over a 67% clip when Embiid and under a 50% clip when he doesn't play.

Butler's "Heavy lifting" consists of lifting empty crates while Embiid's consists of lifting boulders.

Sums it up nicely with both of them done.

Jokic has been playing professionally since he was 16 in competitive Europe. Embiid picked up a basketball at 15 in Cameroon.

I see where this is going. Do you?

Embiid has never stayed healthy in his short career and has missed well over half his career games. Jokic basically never gets hurt.

Now do you see where this is going?

Imagine how fucked up Embiid's body would be if he played basketball since he was 8 years old like most people. He'd probably be in Stephen Hawking's wheel chair by now.

So putting up numbers that were actually less than Embiid's Regular season numbers while playing against the worst defensive center in the league means you are better? I will remember that the next time you attempt to extrapolate playoff numbers and claim they mean nothing.. Mitchell plays terribly and you claim it means nothing as his regular season numbers tell the tale. The second Jokic plays slightly better offensively he is all of sudden better.

Defensively Embiid is in a different stratosphere. Another of your rather contradictory takes. Defense matters til its a guy you like then all of a suddent it doesn't.

Jokic was subbed out for Defensive reasons in crunch time yesterday. This has happened throughout his NBA career. I can never remember an elite big in the prime of his career ever being subbed out in crunch time. This has happened every year he has been in the league.

You can continue this useless fight. Embiid has pretty much settled with everyone (if it were ever a fight) already.

I was once told that Jokic is a rim protector. He avg. less than 1 block per game for his career.
