Kind of like when he said he got pulled over for no reason other than being black, and then we later found out he was pulled over for driving with expired, out of state license plates.

Most places don't want you smoking a cigar in them, but that's not why he was kicked out. Most radio stations don't want you to tell your audience to fuck off if they don't like your show and see ratings drop, but that's not why he was fired. Most universities don't want you do ignore the instructions of your professor, but that's not why he failed out.
