Edwards was bad. He did not throw some great pitches and was in fact lucky he didn't give up more runs. The play Addison Russell made behind 2nd base to a bare handed Descalso would normally have been a hit and the ball hit sharply back to Edwards could easily have been a hit as well. He wasn't throwing 96-97. He was topping out at 93. That is why he isn't getting the swing and miss results he once got. Joe never should have brought him into the game. He cannot be trusted in a tight game at this point.

Chatwood better be ready to work tonight. Cole has nothing tonight. He has almost used up his entire pitch count and is getting beat around every inning. He should have given up 8 or 9 by now with how he has pitched so far.
