Bad loss last night but I'll get over it.

Out of everything I saw, Giolito is the most concerning. Lost command as he went on. The change, his wipe out pitch, he completely gave up on and didn't throw but maybe couple times after the 1st inning double. The slider was awesome until it couldn't find the vicinity of home plate. Once that happened, he was cooked.

That's now 3 appearances straight that he's either not had command or lost it.

Part of it is that he is getting squeezed by the umpires. They will not give him anything low or the corners, particularly with his change. You can tell how frustrated McCann is getting with those guys. This is now three straight series where the home plate ump is one sided on borderline calls.
