The other time I paid $11 for section 110, and took the Pace Bus out to Burr Ridge after the game and was the only rider.

fuck!

so wait, the Pace Bus leaves from the stadium? I thought Pace was just in the suburbs and u had to catch a CTA to connect to a Pace bus somewhere.

From Burr Ridge, there is a weekday morning bus downtown (855) so you can take that in if you want, then take the CTA over for a night game, then Pace home.

So on the WS website I see tickets for $6!

They're way up in the upper deck corner on the first base side.

If I buy these and say the park is not crowded, and I want to go down to the lower deck or outfield seats, will Andy Frain stop me and make me go back up to the upper deck or they don't care if it's not a sell out?

they will stop u for sure. It's one of the few things the Sox REALLY enforce hard.

But, that being said, you can move around the Upper Deck freely. And they are not $6, they are more like $9 or some shit after tax.

seriously? if the ballpark is not full they're going to be picky about this? It's going to be fireworks night too so that's a big plus.

My friend who goes to about 15 games a year would tell you that printed tickets and Photoshop are your friends
One printed ticket to get in, another ticket that says your seat is in 110.

Your friend is the reason for the move to electronic tickets.

Your friend should die in a fire.

I guess you're right Terry Peeps. Found this on a website about the ballpark :

500s

The ballpark’s upper deck might be the best value in baseball, but a 500 level ticket can carry restrictions that limit access to the lower concourses and concessions. If you are hoping to explore everything Guaranteed Rate has to offer, a 500 level ticket may not be the way to go. Ticket checking can be an inconsistent affair, so sneaking lower is possible but certainly not guaranteed.

So whats a good seat to get? I was going to go bleachers but if we want to see fireworks from a hr that won't work right?

Added :

On that site, someone posted that he came up during a game and got a ticket with 'got in' rate of $4.75. Anyone know what this is? He sat everywhere in the ballpark for the 7 innings he was there for.
