He didnt kill his girl, he just chose not to save her from choking on her own puke. She was trying to extort him and blackmailing him. Jessie would have been dead in 3 weeks of that Kunt lived.

He did kill her. He moved the mattress, which caused her to roll over and start vomiting and then didn’t save her. If he wasn’t in the house she wouldn’t have died. He killed her.
