(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky looks really sharp.
#15 hit the upright and the crowd rightfully booed.
Eddie Jackson already in mid season form. He picked Mitch and almost took it to the house.
Cordarrelle Paterson looks like a TE.
Ha Ha is being quarantined on the 3rd field until the Packer is out of his system.
Prince has nice shoes

My guy says they'll be selling burgers.

I may have been predicting the future. The Bears may be in the process of winning their 10th straight Super Bowl in 2029.

#15 made 5 in a row and nailed one (barely) from 60.

You actually drove that far to watch a practice?

Yep! Me and the boys got up at 5:30 and hit the road. It wasn't an hour drive. There was no traffic on 57.

It's a fun experience.

You and your sons can get within a couple of feet of these guys doing drills and get a real feel for what goes into building a season from the ground up.

Watching him not move an inch when angry men slammed into him got me excited. Watching him stand them up or throw them to the ground made visions of all pro dance in my head.

I took my sons there about 12-15 years ago. Having been on field for actual games that matter, I respectfully disagree about the "feeling". It's slow and stilted. Like D3 games.

Even the kids games area wasn't enough to temper the colossal boredom had by all.

So he's Rex Grossman like in your estimation.

With the curtains closing on Drew Brees' career, I'll save you a seat on the Bears bandwagon.

It's free. You get an experience that is different from game day. It's free. It gets the juices flowing about an upcoming season when you have a good team. It's free. It's always good to have an excuse to break free from a house full of females and spend time with your sons. It's free.

I enjoyed my experience in years past. Not everyone has a chance to get that close in a real game.

This was my first time going in about a decade. I've enjoyed it every time I have gone. There is a lot more for kids to do than there was a decade ago. Kids who hate football would enjoy it.

Shaheen shouldn't make the team, what an awful draft pick.

Really?

Haugh, Biggs and Mully all agreed this morning that (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky has gotten off to a slow start and has had a disappointing training camp thus far.

Other than his interception to Jackson he looked good. It sounded like yesterday was different. IF you read Twitter or any accounts from a particular day, you'll get a better idea.

Day 1
Offense carved up the defense

Day 2
Offense put the ball on the ground a lot and (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky threw a interception

Day 3
Rain filled day that worked out for the defense.

I don't give a flying fuck what Mitch looks like to a few reporters during practice. I will base how he looks when the actual games start. That is the only true test of how good or bad he will be this season.
