Cubs have wasted so many good starting pitching performances in the last month or so. Can't do that if you wan't to win a division.

They can win a series in the playoffs. But to win the World Series you have to win 3 times. 3 Series. They can't do that. Not with this team. No way the baseball gods give it to them for the extended time that it takes.

And that's really all it's about. Winning multiple World Series in their window.

Its amazing how these guys just refuse to make in game adjustments. Bryant had the same awful AB 3 times in a row. Whatever the problem is it is bigger than one individual player. If its not Joe having zero accountability for performance then its got to be Jed and Theo telling these guys to never change their approach and that the stats will be there after 162 games. They have fired 3 straight hitting coaches and it is the exact same shit again this year.

I wish Joe would stop with the bs practice of making the lineups out 3 days in advance. The last thing these guys need is to feel even more comfortable than they already are.
