The house directly south of my place went up for sale over the weekend. This poses a threat of possibly replacing a nice, quiet neighbor with a smoking' hot MILF and a practice of keeping his place well-groomed for someone less desirable.

For one of our cat. 9 teeth yanked! My wife used to work for this Vet though so he cut us a break and the bill was a lot less than we thought it would be. And Bubba is home, doing well!

My sister was hit head on last night by a guy who jumped the median on 55 near Bloomington, where she lives. She had her 4-year-old and my Mom, who was visiting from up here, with her. The kid was fine, My sister broke her wrist,cuts and bruises. My mom is in a hospital in Urbana now having a steel rod put in her leg. She broke her femur in two places. I'm sure she'll bounce right back, though. She's only 85.

I'm surprised they had to send her to Urbana. Sucks that this happened. Glad it seems like they are ok. I've been on that stretch of road many times.

I know someone who caused an accident where the other party had to be airlifted. They got a $400K bill.

Thanks guys. My mom is out of surgery and recovering well. Also, I misspoke. It wasn't a guy, it was a 21-year-old girl, who allegedly fell asleep. At 5:50 P.M. She was airlifted to Urbana. No insurance, of course.

Edit: not a girl, a guy. Stupid gender neutral names.

My MIL is having some serious issues. I think this is time #4 (or maybe 5, I've lost count) into rehab. Its causing friction between my wife and I. After six years of her nonsense, I am unable and unwilling to support her this time round. She was told if she does this again, our son will have one grandmother and I'm willing to hold that bottom line. Nobody else is willing to hold theirs and its very sad, frustrating, and makes me hurt and quite angry.

Its really fucking awful when the biggest problem in a marriage is a third party. I don't even know what to do or say anymore.
