Breaking News; Aaron Rodgers is a jag.

“I don’t think doing live special teams drills is very smart,” Rodgers said. “I think the [NFL]PA is going to look at that, for sure. The kickoff especially is one of the most dangerous plays in football, and that’s why they’ve tweaked different things over the years. Close to a live kickoff drill I don’t think is best use of a [joint] practice.”

Well, it’s LaFleur who decided to have joint practices, and it’s LaFleur who decided to permit “close to a live kickoff drill” that “for sure” the NFL Players Association will look at. And it’s Rodgers who decided to call out his team and his coach for doing it.

Rodgers continues to be the most powerful employee in the organization, and he’s showing everyone who wears the championship belt. They’ll let him gloat for now. The moment he shows real signs of slippage, however, the Packers will cut the cord and Rodgers will be playing for another team — just like his predecessor in Green Bay.

Mike Florio has always been a Packers-hating dipshit. This is meaningless

The Cutlerization of the Disappointing Aaron Rodgers continues.

I wonder if Rodgers drinks Kristin Cavallari's breast milk, too.

Word is he would rather the white substance that Cutler produces.

25/2 TD/INT ratio on a broken leg. Very disappointing.

He threw his coach under the bus and then asked the NFL to punish the team. He's an awful human being.

McNair was pretty dangerous out of the shotgun.

Tom Thayer seems to be living in fear of Matt LaFleur.

"If his offense can make Deshone Kizer look good..."

Yup. Add another QB better than Trubinsky

Kizer was my guy coming out of college. Kelly messed him up. It was always going to take years to groom him.

Sounds like they are moving on from Rodgers after this year. At some point you do have to remove a cancer or die.

Kizer is fucking awful at football. He shouldn't be on an NFL roster. I believe Boyle will be the backup by Week 1. If they were smart they would have brought in Kaepernick to back up Rodgers.

Fuller gave it away because he felt bad for the Packers.

Your team was good for the first time in like a decade. I look forward to their next winning season in 2028 as well.

The Bears will have MANY winning seasons between now and 2028.

Delusional Packer fans are the best Packer fans.

Your team hasn't been good for 3 years and your QB has been trending downward for 3 years.

I understand the talk about regression but a lot of people fail to recognize that the Bears didn't have an offseason with 2 of their most important players. Having Mack and Smith for an entire offseason will make their defense better.

The Bears have multiple players who are good to great at every level. It's been a while since a defense has been this young and good. While they may not get as many takeaways I expect them to get more 3 and outs and still be dominant.

Offensively I think the Bears are improved. The offensive line is in the right order. Robinson had an entire offseason to prepare and Miller should be ready for the next step. Outside of the offensive line the Bears have a lot of interchangeable parts so the injury bug shouldn't hurt them too bad. If (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky takes another step or 2 the Bears could be the best team in the NFL.

IF the absolute worst happens all around the Bears are still a team that will be in the playoff hunt. Very few teams can say that.
