Looking to replace a side door and bay window, and heard Bernstein do a commercial for this company. Anyone happen to use them, or have a recommendation? I have aluminum-extrusion Marvin Windows for most of the windows but I don't know if this place sells those (the ad sounded like they make the windows in-house, so maybe they only do 100% wood?).

Let me put it to you this way. Bernsie as far as I know lives in a newer constructed home or seriously recently gutted and redone one in a gated area of Chicago. He claims these windows guys did him great. I do not believe he needed any windows. He also claims a company that specializes in disaster recovering in Lake County did him right. I also do not believe that.

Do what you want with a Bernsie recommendation but beware I say.
