Don't let some punk smart ass jerk with a high school diploma try to psychoanalyze you. He knows less than nothing about what hes speaking of.

I clearly stated my disagreement with the case, but you've instead claimed to have insight into my inner thoughts and state of mind. The problem is that there is an effort to blame every alcohol fueled encounter on males, the standard of evidence is being reduced to believe all women, and there is now precedent that this is a path to financial rewards and a level of fame.

I disagree with that. It's a discussion on a message board. If you can't do anything more than say you are angry then the discussion is over.

The woman was unconscious and two guys had to stop Brock raping her. Stop acting like this was a drunken hookup.

I can't see how I'd be considered upset by it. I did not start the thread. I did not bump the thread. I do not find this to be newsworthy.

Someone directed my attention to your meltdown, and I am commenting on your meltdown. Meltdown being the word used to describe it to me.

Your mental condition does not need to be analyzed. It has been on display for years.

As to someone being upset by both the subject of the thread, that is clearly you.

And maybe Darkside is still bothered by the fact that I have a fairly happy, fulfilling and successful life. Sorry, not sorry.

I will also go out on record to state that somehow, against all odds, I've been able to never rape a woman while she was, I was, or both were drunk.

This wasn't some guy that was railroaded by some kangaroo court on a college campus. He was charged with a crime, arrested, and received a verdict of guilty from a jury. This is an odd hill to die on here.

I give less than zero fucks about your personal life. Here on the board you're a complete asshole. That's the extent that I give any fucks at all about you or what you do with your life.

For the record WFRs take on this topic is curious at best but reading you pulling some Freud act is just as ridiculous. Everyone knows you have zero knowledge about this these things.

But this one without question was his fault and his fault alone unless "girl drinking" is now a reason for fault.

Please let me know which college course I missed that would have introduced the concept of 'your first rape should be free.'

Here is your clear disagreement as far as I can tell:

Quote:
I have reasonable doubt that one side is totally guilty, and one side is an innocent hero. But that's how it's being portrayed.

If you ever got drunk with a girl, and hooked up with her then you are guilty of sexual assault by today's standards.

You don't like how the story is being portrayed. That sounds like a you problem.

The way you frame your argument is revealing. In your mind she's not a victim of sexual assult, she's someone who was given a book deal after getting drunk at a party. I'm beginning to doubt that you think she was even a victim of a crime.

The injuries Darkside sustained during his fall from greatness would have been much more severe if the Wisemen had not installed me to cushion his landing.

What it does have however, is high school diploma holders offering psychoanalysis of other board members.
That, my friends, is true content.

Did she give consent prior to becoming unresponsive? How drunk was he during the encounter? Did he fully comprehend what was going on?

I guess none of that matters though, just like it doesn't matter that she was 24, and he was 19.

I've seen so enough binge drinking on college campuses that I don't think there is anything close to clarity in these cases. But it doesn't matter now, now he's the Nightstalker, and she has a book deal.

Jesus Christ dude, he wasn't summarily executed because someone made a baseless accusation. He was tried and convicted in a court of law. He was potentially facing 14 years in prison but was sentenced to six months and served three. All those questions you raised above were most likely presented at trial. That's what a trial is for.

And that bolded part? Yikes.

This bothers you. A rapist having to deal with consequences bothers you. The victim being allowed to have a voice and speak against these crimes bothers you. The fact that she is able to continue her life and move past the rape while the rapist does not have that ability bothers you.

That's fucked up. The person who views this story as you do is fucked up.

There are simply things in life you don't need a degree for.

Golly...
