This turned out to be a nice treat. FavreFan, HHJ and I shared some drinks at the Corc on Wells, right across the street from piper's alley.

as always, corcoran's service is not up to par, and their food is marginally good...but the place i wanted to go to was closed, and it still turned out to be a pretty good time. $6 for a burger and fries or chicken sandwich and fries...for some reason i was brought mashers but that turned out okay; $3.75 fat tire and blue moon...so this had to be the cheapest day i've ever spent in chicago.

really nice weather. good times, i'm glad we were able to do this.

Yeah it was a fun get-together, depsite the jabs I took from a couple buddies that I met up with two other unemployed people I didnt know from a message board to drink beer on a Monday afternoon. In a different setting the service would have been infinitely more annoying, but if anything she set a decent pace and probably ended up saving me $15 in the long run. You're good people too, I don't care what Elmhurst Steve says.

Sadly, not. My boss walked into my office the day before we left for New Orleans to celebrate our 1 year anniversary-
HHJ your position has been eliminated effective May 9th. Do you have any questions?
Very supportive. Then they eliminated almost all the administrative possitions, so I am not sure who is doing the billing, but we left programs open and running that are over 100k in debt. I have no NBA but that doesn't seem to make much sense to me......
