Some horses start off slow but finish strong. Isn't that what happened with Mitch last year? It took him a few games to get accustomed and then he was better.

This is only the second game he's played this season against live opposing defenses. And Denver is a tough place to play. We're not being good fans if we're being hard on him for getting the clutch win. You got to cut him some slack.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky didn't throw any picks and made the clutch play at the end, hanging in there when he could have panicked. And he had a 1st down throw before that to get them into range. He deserves some credit. Too early to jump on his case. Denver is a good defense and has a good defensive coach.

Cutler would have thrown two picks against this Denver team and probably fumbled once.

Trubinsky missed a ton of throws. He underthrew Cohen in the 1Q which allowed the Denver defender to dive for a break up.

Every deep “shot” was horribly overthrown. There wasn’t even a chance for PI. He has zero ability to throw over 15 yards.

Mitch looks fucking terrible. It’s ugly and an unenjoyable watch.

You’re right, Nagy has not been impressive, but a good coach realizes what he has and gameplans around his personnel. I’m going to give him credit for that today. They won.

Mitch has regressed.

He’s a bust.

He’s one of the biggest busts ever when you look at the two other QBs picked after him.

You're not allowed on the bandwagon. He has 17 games of experience. His rookie year doesn't count. He's proving that he's a winner. He's only 24 fucking years old too. Cutler was like 27 when he got here.

If Mitch doesn't look like a keeper by the end of this season I'll jump on your bandwagon.

Nas, he did what he needed to do to get a win. I’m going to follow you with Mitch just like I did with Grossman. We were right about Girardi way back in the day. We’re oldtime guys. I’ll stick with you, pal.

Clutch (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky will be fine. This game was similar to the playoff game, but Pineiro made the kick. When he needed to make a throw, he made it. That's valuable if he can CONSISTENTLY figure the rest out. So far he's regressed bigtime this year. That will change.

If he continues on the regression track the defense will be burnt out by week 6.

A generational defense could crumble because Mitch can’t progress to his second read.

The best thing that could happen is for him to get hurt so Daniel could come in and just run a proficient and basic offense.

To cut Mitch a little slack the offensive line has been playing like they’ve never taken a snap together.

The Bears would be an easy 2-0 right now with current/real time Jay. Didn't Colt McCoy get cut? 2-0 with him as well.

Worry about your team. Even with Rodgers the offense isn't good.

To a wide open wide receiver. The play literally right before this he had no pressure and threw the ball behind Robinson.

They unveiled about 15 percent of their offense today. Its going to grow week by week. The ingredients are there, they just have to figure out how to make it all work and when it does....watch out.

He was under pressure and he bought time by stepping up in the pocket and hit Robinson in stride.
