This is where Joe's ability to manage a bullpen and game really shows through as being fucking awful. He brings in Ryan (one of the top relievers) without double switching and then he fucking pinch hits for him which of course results in a strikeout. Ryan's day is done after 4 pitches and now Phelps is out there shitting himself again. Why is simple shit so hard for Joe. Put yourself in the best position to win instead of tourettes managing.
