Maybe it's fire and the passion that makes you stupid, maybe it's the rush to get one over on the other side that makes you forget to make a point, maybe the blinding rage the other team inspires in you blinds you to your own lack of knowledge. Whatever, it turns good posters into bad ones and bad ones into idiots.

I think the issue you're having is that Packers fans and Cubs fans simply aren't intelligent to begin with.

I don't know how to even respond to claims that Kenny Clark, Jaire Alexander and Preston Smith are the NFL's best players at their positions.

That's the thing, I don't mind breaking balls. The posts that try to do it by "objective analysis" mostly end up just sounding unhinged.

I can't help it that the Cubs will be remember as bumslayers who took advantage of 3/5 of the division actively tanking and the Cardinals transitioning. Even in the world series they faced a team that lost multiple starting pitchers. A world series is a world series, no matter how lucky its win may have been.
