I find her as a person incredibly obnoxious. However, I am captivated at watching the facial ticks, the way she talks out of the side of her mouth and the overly dramatic way she delivers a message. It's just visually interesting to observe.

Not only does she bring nothing of substance, but she actually harms the debate when she (and her boosters) fight against nuclear power, which is the best answer to curbing fossil fuels without massively hiking energy prices.

If she and the adults who are using her are serious about climate change and carbon emissions, they would be first in line to promote nuclear power.

When climate activists try to move away from nuclear power, they show their true intentions. If you don't believe me, just look at the document Saikat Chakrabarti was dumb enough to send to every newsroom in the US earlier this year if you don't believe me when I say their true intentions aren't fighting climate change, but rather taking over our economy.

I haven't heard one word of her speeches. But I definitely know there's an absurd amount of jealousy for her notoriety and success.

Old boomers are just so full of shit. On one hand teenagers are lectured for being lazy and good for nothing. Then when you have teenagers show passion and activism for a cause they're lectured for caring too much.

Regardless of her age or well to do status, she has a point. Man is making MANY changes to the planet, some of these are irreparable. This is not going to get better if we don't do something about it.
