A couple years ago on a national sports forum I visit a member posted a thread about the 2005 White Sox and if anyone remembered anything about that team. He questioned if it happened in some alternate universe since to him it was the most insignificant championship in his lifetime. This fella is a huge sports fan from LA and didn’t have an agenda. I had a laugh thinking about Sox Nation and how the thread perfectly explained their status as a professional franchise.
