I guess this is Mike's subtle way of saying, or trying to make people think, that he's going to WLS? Would he be doing sports updates? I can't imagine anyone would let someone as astoundingly stupid as he is have a general/topical talk show.

A year or so ago I thought it would be a great idea if Mike and Ed Vyrdolyak teamed up for a talk show. That obviously will not occur now. However, if you could team up Mike with that type of person, I think they could have an excellent general topics show.

Just spit balling, Mike and Paul Vallas, Blair Hull or the Ryan who's senate bid was derailed only because he liked group sex.

If he was a foil/clown for somebody I guess I could see someone taking a chance on him generating calls from people who want to tell him how much an idiot they think he is. I didn't think of that, I was only thinking of him doing a solo show.

I wonder if Mike thinks people actually fall for that crap. My question is why would WLS, who are laying off still, bring this guy in. But it is the radio business, so who knows.

WLUP - Brandmeier looking to replace Chet Chit Chat on sports?
WLIT - Maybe Pappy can spin some modern day yacht rock and broaden his fan base to a whole new demo.
WLTL - It would go against his Notre Dame coaching career, but Lyons Township has at least three dedicated listeners.
WLUW - Pappy could go for that collegiate experience he's missed out on by enrolling at Loyola and spinning some alternative sounds.

WLS is in the same building as WMVP. Pappy was seen there last week.

Brandmeier was hysterical this morning if anybody heard.... Nothing like three drunken whores from Melrose Park inviting guys over to their apartment. One guy got there and locked all the others out. Until the cops came that is.
