I'm officially worried. Trubisnky's presence gave me calm and security in knowing the Bears weren't going anywhere.

Now they have a QB.

That feeling when you could've had Marcus Davenport but instead are paying Preston Smith on a veteran contract.

They don’t have a QB and still suck on offense but I’m worried too. Still should win the division but it will be a dog fight between them and Chicago all year long. And maybe Detroit. Minnesota are the frauds I said they were.

That was America’s best nfl post of the year.

Hmmm, do I want Jaire Alexander AND Darnell Savage or do I want Marcus Davenport?

Zimmer is a good coach. Kirk Cousins is a horrible cross to bear.

No I’m not. Are you willing to admit that he’s better than McCarthy finally?

It’s not his fault Spielman stuck him with Kirk Cousins at a $30 million/year price tag. He’s not a great coach but he proved with Keenum if you give him an ok QB he can give you a winning season every year.

He’s still the best coach in the division probably. Maybe Nagy has overtaken him but his flaws are well documented here too.

Yeah. In your experience does it always need to be more than the QB? Sometimes you just know.

It doesn't always need to be more than the QB. But if you are a good coach, should you not be able to work around a bad QB? Cousins is bad. I don't disagree with that...I just don't think he is the only reason they are frauds. I have never been impressed with Zimmer. He seems like a guy that leads a team of underachievers.

He was pretty good until Luck got hurt. And he had to contend with Grigson.

I don’t understand your post. Zimmer has worked around bad QBs his entire tenure. He went 13-3 with one.

I don't understand how you can think a team is frauds and the coach is not a part of this?

I don’t think Zimmer is great. I just said that a few posts above. He’s just clearly better than McCarthy was and probably the best in the division still. He went 13-3 with Case Keenum. He’s doing what he can to not let Kirk lose them games.

The Vikings are what happens when you try to win games the way this iteration of the Bears wins games, but you dont have guys like Khalil Mack, Eddie Jackson or Kyle Fuller making massive plays all the time. They also lack the Bears depth and as the season wears on they get beaten up.

He does the best with what he's got. They have basically the same QB issue we have.

This iteration of the Vikings got further in the playoffs than the Bears ever will

The Vikings might have the best overall talent in the division. It only goes to show you the importance of the QB

Their talent is massively overrated and was all offseason. Their line sucks, they don't have a NFL caliber WR after the top two, Rudolph is finished, you can beat their CB's all day nowadays.

An ankle injury suffered during Sunday night’s loss to the New Orleans Saints will keep Dallas Cowboys left tackle Tyron Smith out of action in Week 5 against the Green Bay Packers.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Smith has a high ankle sprain and will miss Sunday’s visit from the Packers.

Nagy and Zimmer are decent coaches for half their rosters, LeFleur is Rodgers' doormat, and Patricia is a vegetable. There really are no true HEAD COACHES in the NFC North, but that's the way of the NFL.
