I watched AEW, and thought it was decent. I didn't like the women's match, considering they had like an 80lb woman vs a bigger chick. Didn't seem realistic. I think if they keep this at 1hr, this should be good.

I watched part of the AEW. I enjoyed it. But I am not sure I really get the Jericho part for the reason you stated. I get why they are using him, but it seems more of the same ole same ole instead of what they have really promised

Jericho doesn't fit in Peeps' statement tbh. Still has in-ring ability and gives the company a big name to draw people. Plus, putting him as the first champ brings legitimacy and allows the other wrestlers the ability to grow and become familiar with the audience.
