2013 ALCS:

Game 1 Sanchez takes a no-no into the 7th.
Game 2 Scherzer goes 7, gives up 1 run. Leaves with a 5-1 lead. BP gives up GS to Ortiz in the 8th.
Game 3 Verlander pitches 8 complete, gives up 1 run. Loses 0-1.

Starting pitching gives up a grand total of 2 runs, earned or otherwise, over 21 innings in 3 games. somehow they lose 2 out of the 3.
