Matt Bryant doing his part to get Quinn fired. Missed that XP on purpose. He hasn't missed an XP all season, only his 4th missed XP in 11 seasons.

So right now I would say you've the Rams and Cowboys pretty definitively out of the playoffs. Eagles and Bears are still in the fight but they could fall apart at any moment it feels. Saints and Seahawks seem to have their shit very well together.

I'd reckon we only see three playoff teams from 2018 get back in 2019.

Did they show Jerry Jones in a skybox today like they always do?

Someone has to replace Rodgers

I never thought that he sucked or anything like that. He inherited a good situation and even with the roster turnover they remained a talented team. It made me wonder if he was primarily responsible for their success or if the culture of the organization played a major role. He is a top 3 to 5 head coach. I would have said top 10 before.

The guy has been through at least 2 generations of this team as a HC (team generations not human generations) and they have remained consistently good. He has developed a lowly considered player into a top 5 WR seemingly at all times during his career.

Mitch takes a lot of pipe in this town but there are plenty of underwhelming young QBs losing games for their teams. Sometimes you need an off week to get a proper perspective of the rest of the league.

He is more of a motivator and figure that can relate to the players. Relies on coordinators quite a bit. Good guy. One thing that bothers me is his teams seem to get a lot of dumb penalties even while he decries them in every week's presser.

Not only does Mitch take some crap but there are a lot of two loss teams now that were touted as the cream of the proverbial class.

Green Bay is the cream of the proverbial class my friend.

4th place schedules make MANY mediocre teams look better than they really are.

I thought it was "the de facto cream of the class, if you will."

The organization has historically been the class of the NFL but I was clearly wrong for not putting him in the 2nd tier (Belichick is in the 1st tier by himself) of head coaches. Removing 2 of the best players at their position was a positive.

Let's not go too far here. The Steelers are significantly worse than they were two years ago.

I'd rather be a dysfunctional 4-2 then a happy and content 2-4

Not when the dysfunction is cancerous. The chances of winning big without Big Rapist was slim. They're heading in the right direction.

I don't think Leveon Bell was cancerous. The guy plays as hard as anyone in the league even when down 21-0 late in the game. He just wanted to be fairly compensated for that hard work.

I don't know what direction you think the Steelers are headed. Tomlin is a great coach but that offense is pretty bereft of talent.
