I say that the Us ought to really take a look at where the corporations of the US loyalties reside. Clearly it isn't Nike. Clearly it isn't the NBA. Clearly it isn't the NFL. Clearly it isn't Apple, Facebook, Twitter, et al. I think that the US should really look at what these companies are doing to aid and comfort the US enemies in its technology, economy, etc at the expense of where their company is based.

There are several inextricable truths that have always existed but that this issue has laid bare:

- There are an infinitesimally small number of people on Earth willing to truly sacrifice economically to help a "greater good"

- Not a single person in the NBA has yet shown that they are one of those people

- This makes their opinions on any social issue even less meaningful than they were before, if that is possible

- Like most of us, celebrities have not fully considered their woke views and the glaring hypocrisy they exhibit each day

- "Speaking out" about things in which there are no repercussions or disagreement is not brave

so these NBA players have been back in the US for a few days and have continued to shut up. Anyone wish to continue making the case that this is "for their safety" and not for their wallet?
