I won’t say he sucks. I’ll say the game plan sucks and the O-line sucks but I don’t think it’s because Montgomery sucks. He’s a rookie who is trying to find his way under tough circumstances.

My football thoughts are as bad as anyone’s here (outside of Nas) but I asked multiple times why everyone thought he was a stud considering his college stats were mediocre - other than the oft repeated yards after a hit. His total yards and more importantly his yards per carry were pedestrian by college football standards.

I couldn’t believe how many times they were throwing it short of the first down marker. The funniest (saddest really) is when Cohen went out right about three yards short, and Mitch threw it at the marker obviously thinking Cohen was going to head past the first down line.

There were several other times where receivers were short of the marker. Just dumb football.

Cohen was wide open for 2 or 3 seconds and Mitch rolled out like a dummy.. Cohen ran out of bounds but Mitch missed his opportunity. Mitch is just garbage.

Nagy has no idea about the running game. He can't construct nor implement nor scheme it. That's why he doesn't use the running game. And that's why it fails when he does. Which brings me to the second point. How can you be a good play caller when you don't know shit about half the offense?

He is so indecisive and inaccurate. But Cohen ran routes way short of the marker several times. I know he relies on Yac, but he missed getting first downs earlier in the game. Bad all the way around.
