my pixel 3 from verizon started having weird picture issues so i took it into verizon and they initiated a warranty return. Said a new one would arrive in 3 days i'd ship the old phone back in the box it came in. the day before it arrived i dropped the old phone and shattered the screen. i go back to the verizon store. the guy is like it doesn't matter, i inspected it when you brought it in. i wouldn't of warrantied it if you brought it in like that.

So i get new phone, send it in. get a text and email that it was received and thanks. This was 4 months ago. my new bill has a 300 dollar charge on it for the damaged phone. So now i'm on the phone with these people trying to explain to them what happened. It was a real person that didn't really feel like areal person. like all they can say is what is on their screen. But after an hour. its fixed. allegedly.

I knew this was gonna happen but I thought I was clear after a few months. I'm sure they have to deal with all sorts of BS too. I hate dealing with verizon but their service is pretty much superior in the midwest and mountainous states where we travel frequently.

So what are you complaining about?

Stepdaughter has been in town since Sunday morning. She came for a consult to have wisdom teeth taken out. Found out after consult they could do surgery Wednesday. She has been sick with strep entire visit and now the oral surgery. She finally went to her dads on Wednesday night and by last night she already wanted to come back to our place. She’s a bit of a diva and emotional and a nightmare. She is back tonight until Sunday when she flies home.

I sure hope she is on meds and that you and your wife are Lysoling the hell out of your new place, Tbone. I was laid up myself with Strep over Labor Day weekend. Not fun. Really knocked me on my ass for the better part of 4 days. It's nothing to mess with.
