Pace will still give him an extension, anyone that wants to bet on this I'm down.

He should be fired for even thinking about that

The Texans got their asses kicked today, so perhaps we can maintain the charade that the jury is still out on Watson vs. Mitch.

His coach didn’t look very good tonight either.

That third down option play was incredibly stupid.

Maybe and I said this in the thread but mitch absolutely gave up on that play and didnt run it right at all. If he executes on that play maybe you'd feel differently about the call.

How many yards did Mitch throw for in the 2nd half?

That play was idiotic. Why expose your QB who separated his shoulder earlier in the season to a hit?!?! What did Nagy think would happen?!

As much as we make fun of Rodgers possibly being a burrito, he would never have come out of the game with a "hip" injury.

That's just because he has incredible stabilizer muscles in his mid-section from being buttfucked so hard and so much.

the inaccurate one couldn't be troubled to actually run the play correctly.... even if it was a dumb play call

And he called the play to the short side of the field as well

True, that fact is way worse. Something ain't right upstairs with Nagy.

Right now, Mitch is looking like an Akili Smith/Ryan Leaf level bust. Time to cut the losses and bring in a journeyman and a rookie to compete with Daniel for next year.

No. He at least has one successful year. Baby McCown is a bigger bust.

Let's not get crazy Chet.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky's numbers are far superior to anything A. Smith or Leaf ever put up.

I was watching the NFL LIfe on Terry Bradshaw. Similar mental make up to (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky. And it took five years for him to come around as well.

You don't get five years anymore.

Let's run our Q left with a left shoulder injury. Makes sense to me.

Honestly, the run game is the worst part of this team. It is awful. But kicking and a bunch of other stuff are quite disturbing too.

Bradshaw was never any good, he was just surrounded by HOF players. He was always a turnover machine.

Biggest bust in Chicago sports history at least, that's my take as of earlier this year. Not ready to say he's akili Smith or anything like that. Yet.

Again, a different day and age with different expectations.

Four Super Bowls and 8 AFC Championships say he was somewhat good.

Still think it's McNown.

There was at least one decent season of Mitch.

Last season made that impossible even just in football. The Bulls had draft picks nearly kill themselves in motorcycles.

Vegan needs to take a look at Kenny Williams draft picks.

I wasn't feeling well and went to bed at halftime last night. Looks like I made the right choice and did not miss anything constructive.

What a shitshow this turned in to.

Let's start a thread, Frank. When I first made the claim I admitted I couldn't judge baseball and hockey picks. I know for the Bulls we've had quite a few busts in recent history (Fizer, Curry, Thomas, etc) but none came at the cost of (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky. We basically said he's the savior by making that trade and fell flat on our faces afterwards. Not sure if that's happened to other Chicago teams in recent history.

My son got to meet Mitch at QB camp he put on this summer. He really is a nice dude. And the fact he was in tears on the sideline shows that it really does matter to him. He wants to be a great QB, but unfortunately it just doesn't appear to be in the cards for him.
