John Gruden is indeed worth every penny of that contract. In a short period of time his moves have turned around the fortunes of two franchises. Maybe he can reverse the fortunes of the Raiders next.

It's still true. The raiders are a mediocre team that won't contend for a championship under Gruden. The Bears are a super bowl caliber team on defense largely due to Mack. The Cowboys became a top 5 offense after acquiring Cooper.
