The Bears will somehow find a way to end up with 6 or 7 wins. Lot of bad on that list. As poor as the Bears have played they are definitely better than teams 1 thru 8. I doubt that ends up as a top ten pick.

To be fair he doesn't like to talk to the media after wins either. He's like Mike Trout in that he just wants to play and be left alone.

To his credit, Khalil Mack played his ass off last night(in a meaningless game). The pick the Raiders used for Mack, well, he's sitting out to "rest up".

They rested on their laurels when it came to the defensive front last off-season and paid the price. You always need to be accumulating depth and impact talent when it comes to the front seven, especially on the edges.

Nichols and Hicks had lost seasons due to injury. Floyd failed to take that next step. What was suddenly such a strength became a major weakness overnight, and it had everything to do with complacency. The Bears used their limited draft capital on luxury items and got burned.

It affected Mack's production deeply and without those massive impact plays they lost their ability to swing momentum and turn games in the second half. Losses to the Chargers, Raiders, Rams and Eagles all could've been avoided.
