On the Mully and Hanley Show called people from Chicago front runners... well 88 years and going on a century is what I call jumpin on the bandwagon! Does garlic do anything to a persons' reasoning?

I like Cooper as a pitching coach. Can't argue with his success through the years. Sox are number 1 in ERA this year.

But I can't stand that he's become this media whore. Shut up Coop. You talk too much. He's always on the radio.

Hey, Ozzie was the one that bitched about the Sox and tore them apart after the Tampa series. Hey Coop, Sox were in first place when Ozzie did that. So don't get mad if the fans see something wrong with your first place team.

I think he needs to be quiet. I am not sure what he accomplished in this interview today.

If he's lucky, he just stopped himself from being used as the team's mouthpiece. At least I assume that was his goal...

Cooper is a meatball. Great coach but very stupid. He likes the cameras and microphones. He's always on the Score. Hell, he has his own radio show - Coop at the Cork. How many pitching coaches in MLB have their own shows?

I also blame the Score for giving us Coop overload.

For Cooper to go after Mully and Hanley, who pretty much go very easy on the White Sox is just dumb. Cooper history says he is a very, very good pitching coach, but the guy is a grade A ass clown at times.

He's been bitten by the media bug ever since 2005 and likes any attention he gets... negative or positive. In all reality, he is not much different from most coaches in the big leagues.

Given the fact the White Sox are in Los Angeles, I don't think Don Cooper was too thrilled about waking up literally a few hours after they bellyflopped 5-0 in a lifeless effort vs. the Dodgers. Don probably was awfully cranky & snotty when he was on the "SCORE's" makeshift morning show...

Cooper is cranky. He just got his "meatball" ass kicked out of the game. Coop was right. Terrible call on a check swing. The Dodger clearly went around.

Anybody see that?

Coop threw something in anger, after being ejected and pulled his hamstring. Then he tried to play it cool as he limped to the clubhouse. He looked like a fool. Hawk and DJ are cracking up.

Funny stuff. Run away meatball!!!!!

That was hilarious. Even Ozzie was out after it happened talking to the umpire and laughing about it. Thome's also in there making fun of him. Can't wait to hear the fallout from this one, it should be funny.

He was an asshole during that entire interview with M&H and Hanley even called him on it.

Overall the Danks thing is a joke, that Cooper makes it look like he came out of nowhere. He was a number 1 pick who they traded their untouchable number 1 B McCarthy for.

if the Sox were not #2 in team ERA, I think this could have been much worse. He must have said 'We are a fist place team" about 5 times and that should place him above criticism,

Hawkeye put Cooper, pulling his hamstring, on Youtube. He mosted it in the MJH section. Here it is if you missed it.

One of these days, I'm hoping to make it to C&K for his show. The problem is they don't serve food and I hate myself next morning after drinking on Sunday nights.
