I hated episode 5 but I enjoyed this last one. I like the show but I preferred the overarching story of the first three episodes as opposed to adventure/monster of the week stuff.

Too many women being force-fed physically-dominating roles in modern Star Wars that they would never achieve naturally just to appease the #MeToo'ers.

Watched this over the last couple weeks. Loved it. Looking forward to season 2. I wonder if they will do a bit of a time jump and we get teenaged yoda clone.

The series was really good, but I think calling it great just shows how mediocre the SW franchise has been lately. I’m pretty impressed they seem to have the episodic pace down well. I know they had a lot of practice with the Netflix Marvel ones and they seemed to have avoided one of the biggest issues with those, that they dragged them out with too many episodes in a season. The Mandalorian actually leaves you wanting more instead of being glad it’s over.

not just too many episodes (13 in each run) but also too long. The marvel shows are all around one hour in length per ep. I only get through some of those Marvel shows by self editing and fast forwarding through around 20-30 minutes per ep.
