How many Super Bowls have the Saints played in over the last ten years?

Two titles in the last twenty years? I fucking wish we were Giants North.

With their focus on "culture" they better cherish the aging memories. Especially at the ownership family reunions.

Over the last ten seasons is what I meant. I'm sure you knew that.

Honestly with the Bears, that's all that does matter. I'm not going to be like Nas or Antarctica and cherry pick a couple of Mitch drives that make him look like a decent QB. Win some damn playoff games and bring home- at the very least- another Halas Trophy.

And nine years and eleven months ago to the day the Saints won their Super Bowl. Less than your ten years challenge. :D

You're just setting yourself up for pain with that mindset. I can't imagine going into each season and being unhappy at the end of it if my team didn't win the Super Bowl. I would just stop following sports

It sets me up for apathy should they not be a good team. If they are playing in January next year, of course I'll be excited. If they are 8-8 again, then I've lost nothing but time. Fool me once...

I'll be annoyed if (when? :( ) Seattle beats GB this weekend but that annoyance will only last the night or so. It's been a fun season and it's especially nice after the last two down years. This is why I always laugh when folks try to troll with "GB only won two SBs in the last 25 years despite HOF QB play throughout", like the other 23 seasons were just miserable or something when the vast majority of time they were anything but

You say that but then the kicker bounces a chip shot to win the game off the upright and all that "this was a fun season" shit goes thwwwwooooop right out the fucking window. An odd quirk of human nature is that the idea of being gracious in defeat is much easier to fathom than the reality.

And double-shame upon who does not get emotional as hell watching NFL games and doesn't feel sick when their beloved are eliminated from the playoffs or playoff contention. I of course am not making that accusation of you. You may be wrong, but you dont lack the fire & passion.

You should beat Seattle, but Wilson is still really good. Minnesota should get pasted by the 9ers, but I thought the same about them and the Saints.

If its Pack vs Minne, I'm pulling for the Pack 100%. I'm not sure any NFC team left is good enough to beat the 9ers though.

FF....that's true. The Packers have had really good years. It does seem a few seasons were not taken advantage of, but hard to criticize what they've done over the last 25 years.

I do think Seattle wins this game.

Seattle should win and SF should cover. The Vikings are not ready for the heat the SF front seven is going to bring and Shanny has learned to take the ball out of Jimmy G's hands when it matters.

The real stumper this weekend is Titans vs Ravens. Dont know which way to go on that one.

Did you read my post? Sure, I'll feel hellfire and rage for the night. I wont be pissed a week after the season ends still

Danielle Hunter is the Vikings best (only, really) chance. He plays like he did against NO and that's one hell of an equalizer.

Also easier to do that when you've won a Super Bowl somewhat recently, had enjoyed another one when you were in grade school. I think you were probably still pissed in March after Eli beat the 15-1 Packers in the Divisional Round.

Well "annoyance" is a bit softer language than hellfire and rage there slugger. Your initial stance didn't seem so hardline.

And I bet you will be pissed a week later.

I will never agree that football head coaches are fungible the way I would with baseball field managers.
