My Mom always liked sports but my Dad did not...same here. My Aunt and Uncle were really the ones who initially took us to Cubs and Bears games. Kinda cool looking back at it....my Mom was a whoops, so my Grandparents were quite a bit older and not really able to do that sort of stuff. Meanwhile, my Aunt and Uncle didn't have grandkids yet, so we were like their trial run to grandparenting.

Once my parents got divorced, one of the first things my Mom did asserting her independence was become a Bears Season Ticket holder. She like all sports....watches....but kinda like you said....she really cannot speak to the actual play with a whole lot of intellect. She's like a female meatball.

What is one dish you make exceptionally well, and another that you cannot cook at all?

How many times per day do you feel embarrassed by the fact that Boilermaker Rick is a Purdue graduate?

I like my short ribs and braciola. I struggle with chicken breasts sometimes and Asian food.

JFC Beardown, why not just ask her when she last used a dildo on herself.

Spaulding, who is your favorite hockey player (past or present), and which one would you like to kick in the testicles?

So, if Hillside Mall was your mall, and Giochino's is your pizza joint, I'm assuming you're a Hillside or Berkley gal, correct? We might know some of the same people.

Or Westchester. Although my relatives who used to live near St. Joe were more Q's aficionados.

I just went to Q's Monday for the first time in about 5 years. They still make a great pizza. I think our server has been working there since the 1950s.

Similar here - we went after going to the Proviso West tournament. Need to take my dad next time I am in town, it's only a 20 minute drive from his place.

I think of you when I hear the recent round of Dr. Pepper's commercials questioning whether bigfan exists or is only in your head.

Depending on which she chooses with respect to Beardown, it might be.

Hossa. I'd like to kick Sidney Crosby or Brad Marchand in the testicles.

I lived in Westchester. I'm considerably older than you and I think my friends would think you're an annoying prick so I don't think we have a lot in common. We did go to Qs quite a bit.
